Afrika – Pete’s pond, Botswana
No, we haven’t been to Botswana. But we have been fascinated by the webcam at Pete’s pond.
Cycling – Tour de France & La Vuelta España, tennis
In reality, we are not particularly interested in cycling. But to follow the great cycling competitions in France, Spain and Italy is a little like travelling with the help from the many skilled TV photographers on motorbikes and in helicopters.
Tennis – to catch the movements of a tennis player, shadows and patterns on the court – such things inspire Margareta to paint.
Landscapes
Skåne (in south Sweden), La Palma (the beautiful Canary island/Spain), Tuscany/Italy, and at home – radically different landscapes.
Calligraphy
The combination calligraphy and aquarelle is probably quite rare.
